We would like to introduce AVP workshops as a group experiential process. Our objective is to support and connect students while learning verbal and emotional life skills.. We use affirmation, cooperation, communication, and conflict resolution activities to build community and resolve inner and outer conflict.  The workshops are designed to be fun, using interactive exercises and games to examine ways people respond to situations where injustice, frustration, anger and fear can lead to aggressive words and actions.  We practice tools which increase connection and good will.  And, we will share how AVP is being utilized at Silver Springs H.S.
