We believe in the impact of telling stories for education, empowerment, compassion, inspiration and change.  We are black parents committed to building the capacity of educators through storytelling, building an equity mindset and community engagement. We believe parent voice builds empathy and understanding for the realities and trauma our kids are facing as well as their families. During this workshop you will learn:
  • Our story of being black parents and the urgency of now
  • Understand the history of exclusion
  • How to create inclusive and collaborative family relationships
